Our Health Guarantee

The kitten/cat will be in good health. Kittens are not guaranteed against accidental death or injury at any time after sale. Please isolate any new addition to a multi-pet household for a period of not less then 3 days (14 days is recommended). This kitten must be examined by your veterinarian within 72 hours from purchase date, so you are both confident that the kitten is completely healthy, if this is not done quarantee is null and void.

 

Breeder cannot be responsible for contagious diseases the kitten is exposed to during shipping that are not evident during the initial guarantee period. No refunds will be given after 72 hours, however the health replacement guarantee will still be in effect for the time period stated below. If the kitten goes into a multi-cat family,
it is the responsibility of the buyer to have complete blood profiles done including FIP (corona titer), FIV & FeLuk testing done and sent to seller, before kitten can be returned. The cost of this testing will be at buyer's expense. Kittens are not guaranteed to be hypo allergenic - please test for allergies before getting a kitten if you are unsure.

Said kitten/cat is further guaranteed to be free from congenital defects or genetic diseases for a period of 1 year from date of sale.

BREEDER ASSUMES NO LIABILITY FOR VETERINARY COSTS OR OTHER EXPENSES INCURRED BY THE OWNER. BUYER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT BREEDERS LIABILITY CAN NEVER EXCEED WHAT IS EXPRESSED IN THIS GUARANTEE AND AGREEMENT AND IS LIMITED TO PHYSICAL
REPLACEMENT OF KITTENS/CATS.

This guarantee is null and void should the seller for any reason go out of business and/or stop breeding bengal cats.

NOTE: For cats sold a breeders, all of the above applies, plus the cat will be guaranteed one live litter of at least 2 kittens. Seller is not responsible for any uterine infection and/or if the cat dies while giving birth and/or any kitten defect due to contagious illnesses contracted after guarantee period such as FIV,FELV,FIP, ect.
